Hundred Tree Condominium renovation by Spatial + Co

Hundred Tree Condominium is a brand new development. Like many brand new projects, this unit came pre-installed with standard kitchen cabinets, wardrobes, toilet fittings and flooring. Therefore for this renovation project, the majority of the renovation works will come from carpentry.

What are the standard things to do for a brand new condominium?

Since the basics are already installed for most brand new condominium, most homeowners can do the following renovation works:

  • false ceiling (usually at living room)
  • combine 2 rooms into 1 by hacking down a wall
  • TV feature wall with console
  • bedhead, bed frame with side tables
  • additional cabinets and shelvings
  • study table
  • shoe cabinets
  • electrical works
  • curtains

Of course, the type of renovation works that can be done is endless if you are willing to spend more money to hack down all the pre-installed carpentry works.

For this featured Hundred Trees condominium renovation project, all the pre-installed works are retained. The project is already in the finishing stage and will be handing over to the homeowners in a week time. Hopefully in 2 weeks time I will be able to show you some of the documentation provided by Spatial + Co and the fully furnished pictures.
